Order Processing

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).
  • During launches, sales, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

  • Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
  • Estimated delivery within the U.S. is 3 to 7 business days after your order has shipped.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can monitor your package’s journey.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery times, delays caused by weather, holidays, or shipping carriers are outside of our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please verify your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee changes once an order has been processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package has been marked as delivered by the carrier, Soigné Chic Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier first. We’ll gladly assist however we can.

International Shipping

International shipping availability, rates, and customs fees vary by destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
